The Science Plus is the further development of our award-winning Science card. In addition to new sensors, we have integrated significantly more precise and faster sensors for CO2, nitrogen oxides and volatile carbon compounds (VoC) (SGP41, SCD41 and SHT40) by switching to Sensirion. Another highlight is the 8x8-pixel multi-zone distance meter (ToF) from STMicroelectronics. This allows depth images of up to 4 metres to be created. With this sensor, movements and gestures can be recognised, which allows many interesting experiments.
There is now also a piezo output for acoustic alarms. The package also includes a gooseneck USB cable with which the card can be attached to the USB port of a computer via an LED lamp.
